Return/Refund Policy 

Unfortunately, due to low cost of our products, once order has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All our sales are final. Jariannlashes reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

When will my order ship? 

Order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. This does not include shipping transit time. 

Where to find tracking number?

Once order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking number.

How long does shipping take?
We ship via USPS. All orders in the United States may take 2-5 Days.

All deliveries are estimates, we are not responsible in delays in delivery due to events beyond our control. 

Lost Mail? 

In some cases, packages can get lost in the mail. Once it is dropped off at the post office it is in their hands. If your package is lost, please contact your post man or local post office with the issue along with your tracking information. I will do my best to help you figure out the problem. If the tracking number indicates your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been delivered, we have done our part in fulfilling your order.

Wrong Address?

Make sure your shipping address you provide is the correct one you are wanting your package to be delivered to. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will NOT send you a new package. You will have to wait for the original package to be returned and then we may resend to your correct address. You will also have to pay a reshipping fee. If it gets lost because of wrong address provided I will not be responsible.
